Take a summer weekday off to check in on your life.
Journal for awhile on questions from the mundane (“how’d I sleep” and “how’ve I been sleeping?”) to the profound (“am I on a path I like?” “What does a path I like even look like?”)
Put the bedding in the wash because one of your rewards at the end of this day will be a fresh bed
Audit your subscriptions - do you pay for what you want and need and nothing more?
Get new insurance quotes and change your coverage as useful
Change the car oil
Clean the sink drains
Schedule dentist and doctor appointments
Etc
Obviously some of these things can and should happen more than annually but having one summer weekday assigned to check in on your life is a new-to-me thing I’ve just realized is remarkably useful.
