listen, elevation makes big differences and I’m learning I love a 1200ish foot grape. many of ita wines are made from grapes from Les Collines vineyard, elevation 1140-1370 or so, which means many of these woman-made wines are right up my street. (the carbonic zin is a perfect summer wine.)
